Membership Applications

To get involved you need to become a member of CADDT which is free. Right click on each of the pages below and open them in new tabs.

Print them off and fill them in, then get your parent or guardian to sign it (if applicable) and drop it into CADDT at 45 Heol Fach, North Cornelly.

You'll then be issued with a membership card and number.
